Arca’s Investors
Arca, through its subsidiaries, produces, distributes and sells beverages under The Coca-Cola Company Brand and proprietary brands. Arca was formed in 2001 through the merger of three of the oldest bottlers in Mexico and is now the second largest Coca-Cola bottler in Latin America. Its operations span the Northern region of Mexico, an area with the highest per capita consumption of Coca-Cola outside the United States. Although Arca was incorporated in 2001, its predecessors, Proyección Corporativa, S.A. de C.V. ("Procor"), Empresas El Carmen, S.A. de C.V. ("Arma") and Embotelladoras Argos, S.A. ("Argos") are the oldest Coca-Cola bottlers in Mexico, with over 80 years in the business. Through the merger of these three bottlers, Embotelladoras Arcad is now the second largest Coca-Cola bottler in Latin America.
The Company, headquartered in Monterrey, distributes its products in the northern region of Mexico, in the states of Nuevo Leon, Coahuila, Chihuahua, Sonora, Sinaloa, Baja California, Baja California Sur and Tamaulipas, as well as northern Argentina. Arca also produces and distributes Bokados brand snack foods.
