Chief Executive Officer of Arca since January 2003. During the previous 26 years, he held various positions at Alfa including Chief Executive Officer of Akra, Petrocel- Temex and Polioles. Mr. Garza has a degree in Chemical Engineering from Tecnologico de Monterrey and has taken several post-graduate courses at IPADE.
