Chief Financial and Administrative Officer since 1994. Previously, he was a full-time professor at San Diego State University, Tecnologico de Monterrey, and part time Professor at the University of California and Virginia Tech. Mr. Wong has an Accounting degree from Universidad de Coahuila, an MBA from Tecnologico de Monterrey, and a Ph.D. from Virginia Tech.
