Arca distinction awarded to Best Practice on Social Responsibility

Arca distinguish promote personal development, family and work of its employees through the program Deepening Human Values

For the second consecutive year Bottling Arca received from the Mexican Center for Philanthropy (CEMEFI) the distinction of Best Practice on Social Responsibility in the category of Quality of Life in the company for its Deepening Human Values Program, part of efforts being done by our organization as a social commitment to promote actions that directly benefit our staff, their families and the community.

Deepening the Human Values program is a program implemented in our organization for 21 years at the initiative of Mrs. María Guadalupe Villarreal Barragan and his brother Dr. Javier L. Villarreal Barragán, shareholders of the company, and promotes comprehensive education of members of the company, as well as providing tools to apply them in their daily lives through a methodology based on the teaching of subjects such values as honesty, loyalty , responsibility and respect, among others.

In 2008, the Depth of Human Values Program was offered to 1,300 employees of Ark territories, with the support of an internal computer training and the enthusiastic collaboration of specialists in medical advisors, relationships and addictions.

This public recognition to our organization motivates us to continue to work with more enthusiasm, and focus our efforts even further, proposing initiatives that allow us to improve the quality of life of our people and communities we serve, in addition to complying with the common goal to promote sustainable actions defined in our Social Responsibility Model, integrated into the Quality System Improvement and Arca.
