Our Arca Social Responsibility Model sets for the operational mechanism that allows us to institutionalize all of the efforts, programs and development of social management in the organization. This model is based on the strategic long term plan as a basis for assuring that the different business units and each one of the Arca associates, share and aim their actions towards the common objective of contributing daily to the wellbeing and growth of the communities where we operate.

We have formalized our commitment to sustainability through our ARCA Total Quality and Improvement System which stems from our company mission, vision, policies and objectives, and the scope of our five pillars fro operation which in turn materialize in specific programs, compliance measurements, and partnerships with our stakeholders for the achievement of common objectives.
Our Social Responsibility Model allows us to structure a permanent evaluation and control process of continuous improvement which makes all social responsibility activities that we do comply with five fundamental platforms: Business Ethics, Corporate Governance, Quality of Life in the Company, Caring for the Environment, Comprehensive Community Development, and Economic Development.
Stakeholders
The dialogue with our stakeholders is the foundation for all actions taken. We have defined an approach for serving our different stakeholders. We have initiated relations with each one of them based on trust with the commitment of establishing permanent communication channels in order to find out and deal with their concerns as well as to look for mutual collaboration plans to develop increasingly sustainable communities.
