Muhtar Kent, president and CEO of The Coca-Cola Company, along with Tammy Blis and Stuart Cross, executives of The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, Georgia, visited Monterrey, N.L., on 18 August.
They were welcomed by our CEO, Francisco Garza Egloff, and his leadership team, who accompanied our distinguished visitors on a tour of the market in our area and showed them the execution strategies recently implemented by Arca as part of our Route to Market (RTM) strategy. This has, among other things, allowed us to strengthen our operative distribution and sales strategies, in addition to promoting our competitiveness in the long term.
Afterwards, Manuel L. Barragán Morales, president of the Board of Directors of Embotelladoras Arca, accompanied by our CEO, Francisco Garza Egloff, received our visitors at Arca’s corporate offices, where they held a private meeting attended by some members of the boards of Embotelladoras Arca and Coca-Cola de México.
It is very significant for our company to have had a visit from Muhtar Kent, since it represents the opportunity to show The Coca-Cola Company the current growth of our business and the efficiency with which we carry out our operations day to day, all due to the professionalism of all of us that work in this great organization. We were also able to illustrate to the Company our efforts towards collaboration and mutual support.
